1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable for hardware products returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Products that are used, damaged, or returned without complete components may not qualify for a full refund.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Customized or special-order hardware.
Clearance or final sale items.
Items returned after the 14-day return window.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Please include photos and a description of the issue.
Based on the evaluation, we may issue a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
4. Return Instructions
To request a return:

Our team will respond with return instructions and address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
5. Refund Processing
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of refund approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
